A09 - Terali Characters (Chancellor Danakan, NuraTia Obal, Terali Guard and Boliga)

Several years on from his travels across Anyaral, Danakan is now a Chancellor and a senior character in the Terali courts. His invitation to the Delgon has led to an ever increasing population of 'guests' within the city. NuraTia Obal is a shadowy figure, always lurking at Danakan's shoulder.
